MIB3 region change

After my unsuccessful attempt at buying a 2022 Q5 with engine damage, I have now went down the route of buying one in Japan instead! I don't like to do things the simple way!

Happy enough with the spec of the car, but as my mother in law will be driving it, I would like the radio frequencies changed to UK, maps and Audi Connect aren't really that important, as will likely use CarPlay/Android Auto anyway.

My question is, can the tuner frequency alone be changed on MIB3 by VCDS, or does it require a firmware update along with maps etc? If it's a case of simple VCDS coding, I can do that myself, which obviously would save me a few quid!
