One of my rear windows will open but not close. I have stripped the mechanism completely and cleaned the glass and channel, the regulator mechanism moves freely with the motor removed. When I put a meter on the motor connection I do not get a voltage on the close side of the wiring. Apparently there are circuit breakers included in the loom for safety, does anybody know where they are located and how to test them?

Do you still hear the motor when you push up?

No, as I said in my question there is no voltage going to the motor when I push up, which means it does not move at all.
