Flat battery in boot which won't open :(

Featured Replies

Hi, I have an Audi TT.  The battery is completely flat.  Although I have a battery charger, I cannot open the boot where the battery is located.  I have tried the remote boot release on the car key (no use) and the remote boot release button from inside the car (again no luck).  There appears no other way to open the boot and I cannot get to charge the battery, so presently I am going nowhere fast.  I wonder whether anyone knows of a way to get the boot open?  Any help, much appreciated...  Steve.

Would this be any good to get some charge in the battery so you can open the boot?  It plugs into your car's cigar lighter socket and takes current from another car via its lighter socket.
