audi a6 tdi non starting

hi all im after a bit of input on a weird one i have a 2008 a6 2.od bre engine the car started smoking and eventually stopped on me when i investigated i found number one injector had come apart so i changed the injector and still non start ,ive gone in with vag com and no codes ive also had rest of injectors tested and all ok checked timming and its as it should be checked fuel delivery press to tandem pump and all good also egr changed and injector loom and injector pulse signals,ive parted exhaust to make sure dpf not blocked and noticedw hen cranking theres hell of alot of unburnt diesel running out of manifold this is now started to make me loose sleep so any help would be much appriciated
