Picked up the car 12hours later O.S.R indicatator leds stopped working now been on order for 3weeks Audi UK as about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Enough moaning. What size sim card is needed for Audi connect as Iphone will not use rSAP so will go to sim card the Audi web site tells me it is a mini sim card but I cannot confirm with dealer.

I hope someone will help me out as I need to order prior to driving to France next week using a data only sim does anyone know how much Audi Connect eats in data using Google maps?

Your help would be appreciated.

Hi David, welcome to the club.

I believe it is indeed a "mini sim" which is actually the correct name for what most us would refer to as a "standard sim" not micro or nano.

Hi can anyone help with this. I'm looking to code out the 'brake pad' wear limit reached message on dash. I managed to eliminate the orange brake light symbol when the message appears along with the audible by changing the long coding on VCDS but does anyone know where i can delete the message aswell on VCDS? New pads & discs fitted and also new genuine brake wear sensors but there seems to be that there might be a fault somewhere so im looking to de code it completley. See picture below

Has anyone else had the latest Q5 Recall for seat belt pre-tensioner “recalled” ? More interestingly did anyone have the recall work carried out? My 2026 Q5 was Recalled, however I received notice that the Recall was indeed Recalled which seems strange

Hi, I'm looking for a engine/injector wiring loom that goes from the ECU (8P0 907 115 T Med 9.1) to the injectors (06F906036A) for a Audi A3 2008 2.0L TFSI Quattro due to an intermittent misfire issue on cylinder no. 4. Cost from TPS for genuine replacement is astronomical, any help would be appreciated (e.g. where to source a replacement, correct part no., etc)

Hi, following on from my previous thread, I have seen another car that I was interested in: https://www.evanshalshaw.com/search/details/used/audi/a5/automatic-petrol-white-coupe/06ce9494-f94d-f111-8fdd-000d3a874790/ When I enquired with the dealer, they said there is only one stamp in the book from February of this year, and no history at all in the Audi database. So there is only evidence of 1 service in almost 10 years. I am starting to get a bit !Removed! off with this actually, and it's real

Hello all After a year of owning my first RS6 c5. It seems I'm in need of new strut top mounts. Do any of you have experience of the 034 rubber mounts? I've seen they are solid vs original ones that have bearings. How much of a difference does this make. And on a side note has anyone used RB Racing brake disc. What's your thoughts? Any help will be much appreciated Pete

Hello everyone, Wondering if anyone can help me. A few weeks ago my EPC light came on and immediately went into limp mode and started jumping when driving at 5mph. After a few hours I came back to the car and it was fine so I drove it to my storage unit. I came back the next day and when starting it the EPC light and EML light were illuminated and the idle was quite rough. Hi. My partner's recently bought Q2 has an odd and not very welcome feature. The wing mirrors fold on locking the car with the key pilp, but don't unfold when the car is unlocked with the plip. They only do so when the key goes in the ignition. In some circumstances this can lead to doubt about whether the doors are locked or not whereas before it was obvious as the plip alone folded and unfolded the wing mirrors (as is does with my similarly new A3). I have a new A3 Black Edition auto. Within four weeks of delivery the engine cut out whilst driving, the drivetrain under positive power. The car rolled to a complete halt, the retardation entirely commensurate with the wheels driving a dead engine - it did not freewheel. The instrument panel remained powered and displayed no warning lights or fault messages. I shut the car down and after a pause restarted. Since then it has operated normally. Recently while driving my EPC light came on . Followed by my engine management light. Unfortunately I was on the motorway so put car into sports mode in the auto box to keep the revs high so I could get home the 49 miles. Been to the garage this morning no lights on my dash they diagnosed 2 coil packs going down. They are going to replace all 4 spark plugs and coil packs next week. They also said that I may now need a new catalytic converter. Has anyone had any issues with this sort of proble

Hi, so I’ve had my audi a6 just over a year now cars been brilliant tbh drives perfect, on Saturday I did a 350 mile round trip to London and back in one day no issues at all that’s probably the longest drive I’ve done in the car, today I was driving back from work I got a message on my dash saying gearbox malfunction, I scanned the car and it gave me these three codes P084000 Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch A P177500 Hydraulic pressure sensor 1 Adaptation at limit P060B00 Internal C

Last summer while in the heat of southern France, my A5 (Dec-2017, 40,000 mile) developed a front suspension creak. It was always at low speed and particularly when turning left. The car was completely checked on my return, 'shaked, rattled and rolled', but steadfastly refused to creak once, however, everything was checked, levered, put in a shaking plate, and no creaks or movement in joints found, and so while noisy, the car was declared 'good' (safe).
