Duke Posted June 8, 2015 Share Posted June 8, 2015 Hi all Been with the Audi brand for years now and traded my wifes A1 in for an S1(for her ....aye right). I drive an A5 cab which I have just changed. I had a 1.8 TFSi A5 cab but just changed it to an A5 2.0 TDi 177 m-tronic special edition (sepang blue). Question on the quattro on the S1. It seems to stutter when moving out from parking with a slight lock on the steering. It's like the quattro is engaging on the front...any thoughts? James Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Hi Dave, welcome to the club! Hmmm sounds like quite a difficult one to diagnose tbh. I have heard of various people reporting issues like this (not with the S1 though) only to be told it's normal for a quattro system. My advice would be as you're under warranty to pop into your local Audi dealer and see if you can borrow a technician for 5 mins to demonstrate the fault.
