James Posted June 17, 2015 Share Posted June 17, 2015 Hi Andris, welcome! :) I hate to say it, but to have a gearbox supplied and fitted my guess would be in the region of £2000-£4000 for a new one anyway. Were you aware that the multitronic gearbox of certain years is a well know common fault? Have you considered taking the car to a gearbox specialist to see if it can be refurbished? luvelly Posted June 17, 2015 Author Share Posted June 17, 2015 I had diagnostic in gearbox garage .they say it's flywheel. So I change it for 500 pounds. It was ok for 3 months and now it's the same like it was before.but now they say it's gearbox not flywheel. its start shake when you go from first to second gear or from second to third.and sometimes gearbox don't wanna change speed.when drive in s gear its takes pressure of gearbox and it's better.
