since ive bought my audi a4 avant 1.9 tdi the passenger door has never locked while locking the car with the key fob, now its decided to lock its self and doesnt open with key, or fob or from the inside, there is no noise from the lock on the doorwhen i press the key fob, ive tried to get the door card off but i have no clue how to get it off, any 1 able to help me thanks, martin

 

Martin, likely either the power is not there of the mechanism has jammed.

 

You will need to remove the door card to get the door open but as the door is not open you will have to cut/damage it in some way and then replace it once the lock is fixed.
