J Triple 6
Hey guys, new here, looking for my first Audi....I'm looking for an A3 2.0TDi4WD, I love the look of the A3's, always have, plus my misses likesthem as well and I need a good car to last me a fair few years andsomething that's good in all weather (hence the 4WD) I'm 22 at themoment and I'm looking for one that's in between £3,000 to £5,500,don't mind high millage cars, just gotta look good and have good bodywork, mechanical wise, I don't care much for that as I'm a mechanicmyself so it helps me get to know the car and know how to get accessto everything and build a bond with it.Is there anythingI need to look out for with the cars when I get one? I know all carshave there faults, some more than others so not hating on A3's when Iask what faults I need to look for, just don't wanna buy a completeheap of junk, which is what my last car was, lol.I'vealso got a private plate to go on the car when I get it (Already paidfor, lol)

J Triple 6
Not tempted with a petrol turbo or a V6? :D Nope, I'm 22 dude, can't afford the insurance..... That's why I'm going for the sensible choice of a 2.0TDi
James
Fair enough, I'd just try and find one with good service history, lots of receipts etc even if high mileage. It's just a good sign it's been well cared for. Likewise I would always look for a car with a matching set of decent make tyres. Nothing says "I only do the bare minimum when looking after my car" like a mis-matching set of budgets!
