Hi only recently joined with my first Audi so was keen to read up on common issues etc. wanted to update the disc from my satnav from its original 2006 to latest edition. audisatnav.co.uk came recommended by members. Ordered and paid for 5 days ago with Royal Mail 1st class delivery (2 days). No great surprise when 5 days later nothing. Checked out there FB page and I'm not the only one some still waiting from 2015. Ignoring emails with no contact number is irritating enough but as they are clearly taking money illegally then members and the wider community needs to be aware.

Thanks for the heads up Sean. Assuming you didn't pay by PayPal? How much did they fleece you for?

James - paid through a debit card but the bank have agreed to refund me. There is no contact number or address only the email route which they clearly ignore. They are also on Facebook again they do not respond. I've managed to get the disc from an eBay site so would certainly avoid any contact with audisatnav.com - cowboys.

Glad you got your money back at least. Thanks again for the warning though. Hopefully you've save a few people from losing money!
