A3 2.0 TDI Exhaust System

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I had my A3 TDI (170) remapped by Viezu about 2 years ago. Love the car but thinking about next steps.

obviously everyone mentioned DPF delete but I can't be assed with changing it back. I hear you can get a sports CAT as part of some exhaust systems which increases flow but I find it a struggle to find any for the TDI.

Any recommendations? Obviously with the recent law change and the fact they are well strict removing the DPF isn't an option. I hear Miltek is good, I used to have a Mongoose on my ST but wasn't the full system.

obviously not sure what else I can add for increased power.

Milltek is a good brand - what ST did you have? I used to have a Focus ST and both Miltek and Mongoose were both very popular on those!

Hi James,

I had the old fiesta ST. Did quite a bit of work on that, but loved the exhaust. Was resonated but sounded great at high revs.

Miltek system is circa £800 and not sure what the rough performance gains are or what it sounds like on a diesel.

Is that a price for a full system or just a cat back?
