Convertible roof repair recommendations in surrey/hants

Hi I have an A4 the roof opens no problem on my audio but nothing happens when I try to close it I have to manually unlock it to close . My question is can anyone recommend  a company in Surrey or Hampshire that I can call audi garage asking stupid money just to even look at it. I'm sure it's just a switch or motor that needs a clean. 

Is it worse when it's cold? The brushes in the motor can get stuck. Might be worth removing the driver's side trim and giving it a tap to see if it frees up?
