Ludders Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 Just fitted a connect 2 Bluetooth interface so I can connect my phone Upto the standard stereo. I've wired it in and now the radio doesn't turn on or off with the ignition. The power button on the stereo is the only way to turn it on. Also the display on the speedo has gone to show what radio station is on etc. Has anyone else had one of these fitted? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
James Posted April 12, 2016 Share Posted April 12, 2016 I assume you used an adaptor lead to fit it? The lead likely swapped the ignition live and permanent live over, so you will need to cut and rejoin these on the adapter lead you used. It's usually the red and yellow wires.
