Hi, I've just purchased a 2007 A6 avant, tried to pair my iPhone 6s and  I can't  find the car on my phone. The MMI SYSTEM SAYS "phone not available"

I have taken the car to an Audi dealership, one of the mechanics plugged the diagnostic laptop in and it says "telephone control unit OK" have reset the MMI but still can't connect my phone. Any ideas please ?

the navigation disc is 2007 so I'm guessing the MMI software hasn't been updated, could this be an issue ?

get the update disc of ebay should sort it.  you can get full update disks and 2016 maps for nav for £30
