Instable fan

Hi Sven...welcome to the Club!

I have found that the fan motors tend to dry up on the bearings and become semi-seized...a bit of lube spray to ease the bearing and it's then fine.

Otherwise if its a control issue...try cleaning out the ambient air temperature sensor aperture on the dashboard as these can block up with dust, etc.
