Aux lead help

Hi peeps I've recently got my a4 and I've noticed that it has an aux lead in middle bit under the arm rest would this of been factory fitted are added by previous owner as when I plugged my phone in to listen to music I could find anything in setting to select aux I have the a4 sline with the sat navigation screen any help would be gratefully appreciated

It is probably after market but will plug into the back of your radio.

Taking a complete guess.... plug your ipod in then set your radio to CD player mode, and I bet it will play.

Definitely Taylor, i have the same on my A3 , once you plug your ipod in press CD aux will come up and it will automatically play!!!

Hi, new member here. I've just bought a late model B7 Avant that has the satnav system but the Bluetooth phone bit and the cd changer are not installed. I've seen the cd changers for on eBay etc but not sure which one I need. Any suggestions?

Hiya, I have the same aux socket inside the centre console.

To listen to music through my mine once I've plugged the phone in I have to select media on the head unit to listen through the stereo.
