Audi concert cd error help

Hi I'm new to the forum and have just bought an a4 avant s line (06). When I went to play a cd in the Audi concert single CD player it keeps saying cd error. The radio works fine. Can any one offer advise on how to fix this???

It's a single cd not the 6 changer and it's just says cd error but the radio works fine
