Pink headlight

Featured Replies

Hi I have a 58 plate a 6 avant and last night I realised my drivers side headlamp appeared pink and a little dull I think it has bi xenons and would like to know if anyone can throw a little "light" on the problem for me(excuse the pun ) it's the first Audi I've had with these lights so not sure if it's a bulb or the power box thingy that sits on the back of the bulb also if anyone has changed a bulb it looks like most of the air intake has to be removed to gain access, so methinks Halfords won't do it as it's not straightforward and simple cheers in advance Doug

Hi Doug,

sounds like the bulb is going faulty...I think you will need to remove as much as possible to gain access but you could always try Halfords first, let them struggle with it, lol (bit cruel really).

Cheers  Trevor
