Anyone know a excellent mecanic. To change front main light?

Re Audi A4 B7. Anyone know a excellent mecanic. To change front main light? I found out yesterday front bumper has to come off to change crappy passenger main light. I've bought the ds1 bulb already. Just need someone to fit it. I've been quoted a silly £65 already that's too much. 

 

I live london but but can drive out to get this done at a reasonable price. 

 

Basically every time time I turn light on the car beeps left main beam fault but what's weird some times lights on sometimes off but car still beeps regards warning me left main beam why is that? My drivers main light went 1 month ago to which I changed I can't remember if it did the same thing.

Sorted I got harrow audi specialist to it. Took him 15 minutes maybe I'm happy now.
