Subtle hollow clunk noise when lifting off the gas in low gears

It's been into audi and they replaced the bushes on the gearbox saying that was the problem but noise is back after only 2 weeks of them fixing it. it's not a metallic noise more of a hollow clunk, anyone experience this please?

Hi...welcome to the Forum

More than likely something associated with the bushes, if the new noise occurs when the previous noise occurred (under acceleration or deceleration) then there may still be some compliance still there, but dampened by the new bushes.
