Bluetooth problem just started, always shows "connected" as if making call

Featured Replies

Hi,

Turned ignition on this morning, car immediately connected as if making a call with the phone. the iPhone shows nothing other than the Bluetooth is connected to the Audi MMI. The dashboard option to "End Call" does nothing, similar with the steering wheel menu/push wheel to end call. Periodically the main display shows a message something like "an error has occurred" but then returns to the state where it looks as though the car is making a call through the phone.

I've tried resetting MMI to defaults. Deleting and reconnecting phone, car ignition off/on. Still goes back to this ghost connected state.
