Q7 humming noise when turning off

i just noticed that when I turn the q7 turns off it makes a humming noise like a fan. Coming from passenger side but can hear it outside.

it even does it when the car is not fully warmed up to the correct temperature. Driving it round the corner from cold and turning off the noise was still being made

What is this noise?

TJ, did u manage to get this remedied? I have the exact same issue and it stays on forever until it kills the battery...
