My Iphone 6 has stopped playing the sound on the mmi on my Audi A3 2015 model, I have tried reconnecting my phone but it remains the same. the phone still works ok and is connected and it shows that the track is playing but no sound. all the other sources work fine. Trevor B Posted January 10, 2017 Author Share Posted January 10, 2017 Thanks for the reply Trevor, I have looked at the link but it does not seem to cover my problem. I have done a reset and tried several other suggestions but still no sound. My phone has been re-set and connects and plays on my other Bluetooth devices. It pains me to have to take this to a dealer and pay for this to be sorted out especially when it looks like it is a software problem as it seems the has happened to other Audi owners.
