Q7 4.2

Featured Replies

Good evening forum

I am a new member,  but I have been a member on other audi website s since 2013.

I currently drive and own a s4 advant,  2013. It's been revo.d stage 1+, and looked after like a baby?!,!,

I am looking to change to a q7 4.2 and would like some help what to look for.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Thanks andy

Hi S4andy

Welcome to our (and yours now) treasure trove of information haha

Love s4's !Removed! rockets!

So what sort of advice you looking for exactly?

Hi Andy...welcome to the Forum

I agree with Brad, the S4 is a beast...

There are a few problem areas with the Q7 but worth looking through the posts to get a gist of what they suffer from.

Hopefully some Q7 owners will interject with some info?

Cheers  Trevor

Hi s4andy,

had a 4.2 since may, !Removed! love it!! You get all the power but a good ride, (not a bone shaker rs) diesel consumption is a minus though especially towing a trailer. 15mpg 😂😂😋. I've had a couple of suspension glitches but that's it since having it. Had a rsq3 and rsq5 as courtesy cars both times it went in but still looked forward to getting my Q7 back after a couple of days!! Hope this helps.

regards Henry
