hi. im chris and am new to the forum. looking for a bit of help please if possible.

my voice command and mode button do not work on my mfsw anymore and also i cannot seem to connect my phone or any other phone to my bluetooth any more

i have got vag com and hex v2 so i have carried out a scan on the car and it has come up with a fault;

 

01301 - control module for voice recognition (J507)

                   004 - No Signal/Communication

                     Freeze Frame:

                             Fault Status: 01100100

                             Fault Priority:     3

                             Fault Frequency:  1

                             Reset Counter:   156

 

and also whilst doing my scan it was taking a very long time on 77 - telephone and ended up freezing so had to cancel so does this mean there is a fault with my bluetooth module aswell and also where abouts is the control module for the voice recognition in the car and is it an easy fix
