Dashboard fire - Write off 2010 A4 S Line 2.0 TDI

Featured Replies

Wanted to let other Audi users know
My wife and myself went out for meal at local pub.
Sitting eating meal and a couple of people rushed in to say car was on fire in Car Park
Eventually heard someone mention Audi
Rushed out to find my Audi A4 in flames
The flames appeared to be all inside car and coming from dashboard
Fire service called but by time they arrived it was completely gutted
I'm absolutely broken-hearted. Loved the car.
Fire officer at scene said it looked like an electrical fire in dashboard
I just can't believe how this could happen
Has anyone else suffered same?
