Went for the Avons - Sat on the rear of the car at the moment so can't comment on Steering but they are quiet, offer ^^rim protection (not that you should rely on it)^^ and sub £120 / corner. I could have saved by going through Black Circles but at 4:50pm choices are limited unless I ran with the space saver for another 24 Hours. Used to swear by Uniroyals but none available on the spot.
