elroy443
hi, I have the classic vibration through the clutch when accelerating, my question is, do I have to change the flywheel and clutch or could I just replace the clutch?
Steve Q
Welcome to the forum Gary :) youll find the members on here are a friendly bunch and will help you where they can. I would suspect both to be honest. Cheers steve
Trevor
Hi Gary I would also replace the dual mass flywheel while you are in there. Albeit, there is a run-out measurement on the total movement from original but I would ask myself, do I want to open it up again in the future to replace it then or do it whilst it is apart? Let us know how you get on with it Cheers Trevor
Brad-B5
Just to add my 2 pence in, in some cases the EGR can also affect a "clutch judder" sort of feel, where theres not enough power, can you do fast take offs? if it slows down after the judder then kicks in it can be a EGR valve issue. Keep us updated. Regards Bradley
