2004 A4 Cabriolet upgrading steering wheel

Featured Replies

Hi , I have a 2004 A4 Cabriolet and I was wanting to add a steering wheel with stalk controls on for radio etc.  So does anyone know if the wiring is already insitu and all I need to do is add a steering wheel from say a 2007 model that has the controls already on it as I also want to add bluetooth for phone and streaming etc. whats the best way to do this ?  do I get an after market radio and fascia adaptor or find a better Audi radio that is bluetooth ready ?

I would probably recommend fitting an aftermarket head unit and remote switches for the steering wheel which will more than likely work a load better than the original audio and more updatable at a lot less cost...loads more functionality also.

Ok Trevor thanks for the advice.

the wiring is in the loom but you will have to change the aig bag ring/squib for on from a b7 ar from a b6 that had a mfsw fitted.
