Does anyone have the cat6 tracker fitted and use the app?

i can’t get my trips to display but it will alert me when the car enters or leaves a defined area I place around the car (geofence I think) via the app. 

Ive reloaded the app 3 times and it still doesn’t show the journeys taken. 

 

I want to have it live before I drop the car off at the dealer to have some bits added - so I can see if they take it for a spin without my approval!

 

The tracking company just keep saying delete and reload the app  not much help there!

You could leave an Android phone in the car and then track it via the Google Maps Timeline to see where it's been

thanks for the reply. I’d rather use the app that has access to the tracker in my car. 

I’ll call them tomorrow for a final answer from a technical person rather than their helpdesk reps. 

Seems silly to have a faculty to monitor each and every journey, (times and routes taken) as well as the speed and not be able to use it myself.
