Adapting LED headlights for driving in Europe

I'm hoping someone from the forum can help as I can't find anything in the in the Audi supplied information.

I have just purchased a Q7 S line with LED headlights. I want to change the headlights settings to European driving as I'm in France for a while. There's nothing in the handbook that I've found and the dealer has come up blank. My A6 had the option to change in the MMI but it's not in this Q7 MMI. I'm constantly getting flashed by oncoming drivers at night, so I need to do something.

Any help will be much appreciated.

No idea but call audi to check , they should know
