HI ALL So I'm back with the same dilemma! I've been looking into getting the race chip module for my Audi 2.7TDI for fuel economy as this car drinks with 2 straws! Its killing me on fuel to the point I want to sell the car!! Is it worth putting in a racechip to help the fuel economy as I dont want to remap the whole car and dont want to sell it either as it's my pride and joy!! But if the car has to go I've got no choice so anyone interested lol! Any help and suggestions will be much appreciated!

I have connected my phone to my car it akknowlages it's there however when it comes to seing contacts I can't see a thing I've tried everything I can recive calls pick them up but still have to use my phone to call some one! Any suggestions? Ive seen alot of apple car play systems do these work with androids too? Or are there different ones? Thank you

Daily routine would be to work and back take with about 35 40 mins with traffic it's roughly15 miles both ways other then that city dicing weekend shopping ect not been motoway much with the car but I am due to do a long journey next week

Thanks all for the responses. I currently fill up every 2 weeks (roughly) it gives me 350-370 miles for a full tank that cost £80

Hi all Another day another question I have a 2.7tdi audi and realising it's very thirsty just about get 380 miles from a full tank if I'm lucky! I am really considering race chip tuning box or remapping for the purpose of fuel consumption to be better. Has anyone had either done and notice a difference in fuel saving is it worth it as it cost £400-£500 do you actually see a big difference? Any help or experience would help Much appreciated for your response as usual Thank you

Regarding the doors I'll get it checked out as soon as maybe worth getting the whole car checked over again. The noise when turning it feels more like judder if that makes sense but the car moves fine it's just when turning or locking the wheel again it's something that comes and goes

Hi all 1.So my driver side passenger door seems to have moods when I unlock the car the door doesn't want to unlocked however if I put the window down and open the door from the inside then it's fine.. and some times I have no issues what so ever it works perfectly fine? Any advise on what this could be? 2. When I turn my steering wheel at stand still or very low speeds like reverse parking it seems to make a funny noise when I turn I'm not sure if it the steering rack? However on normal driving no issues or sound with it? Any one know what this may be ? Much appreciated! Thank you

I have been looking at the original shades on eBay which are around £70-£80 as I don't want to get the cheap ones not worth it.. however tints will cost me the same aswell! So I'm kind of torn inbetween and not sure what to do! Do you have either one on your car? Thank you Yasin

Hi all I seem to have a similar problem however it's the driver side passenger door the only one that doenst open i have to put the window down and open it from the inside once this is done then the car opens fine.. it just started quite randomly any suggestions ?

The company is world renown and probly the only one I would trust where as they give warantee on their products and engine aswell! Remap scares me to many cowboys and not doing a proper job.. Have you had it done ? If so by whom and how do you find it? Thank you for your response

I've just recently brought an Audi a4 2.7tdi and have been looking into race chip mod it cost around £450 all in is it worth it? I want to do it more for the MPG than the power as I feel the car has enough of it until I get use to it. Anyone had it installed or has had their car repmapped? So the cars in the same variant that have placeshift steering wheel come with a dsggear box is that correct ? I have seen some on YouTube that put a paddle shift steering wheel retro fitted however don't have much knkwlage of it at all

I have an audi a4 b8 2.7tdi auto and it has a 4 spoke steering wheel. I would really like to upgrade it to a paddle shift one preferably a flat bottom is this possible to do. Can the paddle shift be programmed to change gears ? If so could you please point me out what would fit on the car! Thank you

Hi all I brought an audi a4 thanks for the help on the other question which led to it!! I seem to have a problem with the whole mmi interface it seems some of the text on edges seems to be cutting off like it doesn't fit on the screen can any one help? Is there an update to sort this stuff out if so how do I get it updated? How do I check the version of what I have and if it need a updating ? How can I update my maps it seems to miss out on a few streets ect it's an 08 plate. Thanking you all in advance !

I am going to buy an audi a4 2.7 TDI 08 plate with 70,000 on the clock with full service history. (Auto ) Is it a good long term car and is it expensive to run? please help me?!! what do i need to watch out for? Any information Will Be GREAT!!!! ALSO - Their is another a4 same price but with 80,000 however it has the paddle shfit and also has heated seats. would you sacrifise 10,000 miles for the 2 extra options? THANK YOU!!!!
