  1. Hi Chris welcome to AOC Sounds like a nice car you've bought yourself there. Are you happy with it? Any pics?
  2. It won't be worth a huge amount for a year 2000 model and certainly not with a fault. With regards to keep/sell if you like the car, my guess is it probably wouldn't cost too much to get it back on the road so I'd keep it.
  3. Yeah just a few adjustments!
  4. I don't think it will have a name, only a part number. As it's only a bracket there's a chance it shouldn't cost too much from Audi. I'd pop in with the photo and get them to check out their diagrams. Also, if too much you could at least scrounge the part number from them and look elsewhere!

Must admit, not one I've heard of. Most people usually go for a VAGCOM set up from ross tech.

Good news, glad you got it sorted!
  7. Ouch that would have been a bit of a shock after just getting the car!
  8. Glad you're enjoying it! Yes, they do tend to be good. Makes it hard to move to another brand again!
  9. Nice looking TT Jon, best of luck with the sale!
  10. Looks awesome Matt congrats!
  11. Obviously don't have an SUV myself but I've heard good things about their all season tyres
  12. If you check your manual I believe there is potentially a way to upload custom POI files onto the MMI which can of course be a speed camera database!
  13. Oh that's a bit of bad luck. Cheap enough though?
  14. Strange that it's also while stationary - will be interested to hear what's causing this!
  15. John the other thing to consider is that I'm fairly sure Audi would need to prove the modification directly related to the fault to refuse warranty cover. They probably could prove the engine, but not sure about the gearbox though...
  16. Hi Carl, That's great news and definitely a bargain at £60! With regards to the for sale section, yes there is and it looks you've already found it!
  17. Hi Lee welcome back to the fold! You did well winning the wife around there! Must admit I love the V10 S6.... such a sleeper!
  18. May be worth seeing if you can try it on other cars rather than take their word for it? I can hear the noise in your video but obviously it's hard to tell how loud it is without hearing it in person.
  19. Hi Steve, welcome to AOC! Looks like you're picking up the cab just in time for the nice weather! Any pics?
  20. They're pretty useful. I usually use them for hardwiring dash cams etc
  21. I always find using a fuse tap/piggyback is quite a neat way of doing it as you don't have to chop any wires etc
  22. Good news, at least it wasn't the turbo then!
  23. I suspect you are set up for the flexible / long life servicing in that case which will need VCDS to reset it. You can probably reprogram it as you said to the fixed intervals and you should then be able to reset it yourself.
