Passenger door thudding
I've heard good things about these guys but looks like this is their last day before the Christmas break: http://www.centralaudivw.co.uk/

AUDI A4 2011, Technik 2011 start stop, 75k
If you've been to a specialist and they tell you that it's a common thing with the model for it to be a bit notchy then perhaps that's all it is. If everything else is OK perhaps it's not worth worrying about?

Repair cost?
I don't want to sounds negative, but has this car been looked after by the current owner?

Passenger door thudding
Thanks Derek, The power tailgate sound like it could possibly be the electric motor to me? I did read once of someone mentioning something similar (although I didn't see a video) and swapping out a motor sorted it. With the regards to the door, it definitely sounds like there is something lose in there. Would be a case of stripping down the door card and taking a look unfortunately.

Headlight
Hi Jodi, You mention ballast packs so I assume the car has xenon lights? Do you know if they are aftermarket (converted) xenons or if they are factory fit with the headlight washers etc?

Audi Connect
It's usually an option as far as I know. It would enable you to connect to the web, use Google maps, weather, fuel prices etc. It usually has a sim slot too.

Think it's fairly straight forward if you don't mind giving it a go?

Solution? HID kit.
Personally I'd be happy with what you've got. 4300K looks OEM anyway and like you said it seems a shame to risk it if you might end up with something worse just so it's a fraction more white in colour...

Interesting that the alternator could cause the ESP light to come on!

Solution? HID kit.
Yeah, must say it's one of the better ones I've seen!

Solution? HID kit.
Have to say the beam pattern looks pretty good on those? 4300k makes it look almost OEM too.

2013 plate - A6 SE, uncomfortable seats
I'm assuming you've tried all the settings including lumbar? Aside from that I can't see that you have many options other then perhaps looking at those lumbar cushions you can buy?

How to sell a 1999 A6
Quite amazing and shows how good Audi petrol engines can be if you look after them correctly :)

Solution? HID kit.
I would imagine so. Did you get any before/after pics of the xenons fitted?

Adaptive air suspension system active warning light on.
Nice work - sounds like a bit of a bargain compared to what it could have cost you at an Audi dealership!
