Sorry to read your issues, must say mine were different and extensive but in other ways. I have had the car since Oct 24 with so many issues, was promised many times these would be resolved in the first 3 months, to be fair some have been resolved but I am still stuck with 3 faults of which Audi seem clueless on how to resolve and the dealer does not know what to say other then Audi have issues, they know these issues, they are trying to fix these issues. Yet Audi continue to make cars with faults and sell to buyers hoping the buyers will not mind, Shocking Audi. Now when I watch F1 the first cars I expect to break down will be an Audi. More time spent on their F1 programme using our money to fund this while sending out cars they know have faults.

The good old guess a meter has caught another owner, ignore this, make a note of the mileage, then charge, then when down to a set figure make a not of the miles to that figure and it should give you an idea and this will change when the weather improves as your find.

Not good and the dealer should hang their head in shame, you should name and shame the dealer.

Interesting thing I got told today, saw another owner who says the only way they have been told to get push notifications is to keep the app open in the background on your phone. They have been told it will then send push notifications. Anyone else found this works?

Just thought I would ask, anyone had there boot not opening from the fob issue resolved? Keep getting told by the stealer that it is not an issue but when I show them all they say is do a boot reset, if I reset the boot one more time. Driving me nuts in this bad weather.

The issue you have is time, we have had the car for over a year now and they have corrected some issues with the car but not the app, Audi claim the app is a extra they offer to enhance the experience of owning the car and is not part of any car sale relationship between Audi and the buyer, they claim they can take the app away and it would not affect the law in sale of the vehicle and would not stop the use of the car. Not ideal but Audi have come across this app threat before as many have had issues with other models before the Q6 with the app not being fit for use. What it really needs is a large motoring magazine or similar to get stuck into the issues but they are scared they will be black listed and never have access to future Audi or other cars in the group so they are all scared to report issues.

My previous cars which have been a VW and Kia worked flawlessly. The Audi app is rubbish and as said before they claim to be some technology experts of the future, try dealing with the present issues would be a great start, these issues and others are getting slammed on the Q6 Facebook group, think this is having a massive damaging effect on the Audi name and brand.

Interesting, not had that in 12 months. Does not say anything about the alarm? So you have to log into your app, hoping it works as mine does not all the time just to check you have not forgot to lock the car. How stupid and strange as when I brought the car I was told you got notifications for both.

Surely just quicker to press the key fob, I turn all of that off as it means you can not get the issue of someone fob cloning to open the car while your asleep.

I have had issues with boot opening and closing from day 1 and the update did nothing to resolve the issue, foot gesture or keyfob all has issues. Told the latest update did nothing to these areas so strange your now having issues.

OK, at least you got the alarm once. I have never had this. Makes the security feature of the app pointless.

Can I ask, does anyone have their app working properly and get notification's that car is unlocked or alarm going off? I am not talking logging into the app to find this out. I am meaning getting a message sent to your phone. Mine has never worked and even after the new update still does not work.

Are you getting notifications now if you do not lock you car or the alarm goes off, do you get a message sent or like me can you only see this by logging into the app?

The traffic sign issue was if you use the adaptive cruise control it would read wrong speeds and either make you speed up in an area you should not be so you would have to take over or worse it would make you do 30 MPH on the M25 at random times nearly causing vehicles go into the back of you.
