Emission update problem - lose of power
Hi Alison...welcome to the Forum We're hearing more stories like this every day...it seems the recall for rectification following the emissions scandal has opened a can of worms. The general advise is don't take it in for the recall but unfortunately, it is too late for you and many others. Lets hope they do a recall to rectify the poor running following this recall Cheers Trevor

Buying an A4
Hi Ryan Maybe we should start a 'buying an Audi' section on the forum. I think generally, there are the usual things to look out for but when it comes down to it...you pays your money, you make your choice. I would go with whichever is the best condition, lowest miles, has the spec that you want and I'm sure there'll be compromises somewhere. Let us know how the decision goes. Cheers Trevor

Rs5 brake upgrade
Hi Alex...welcome to the Forum I would check the hub flange diameter and PCD of the wheel studs to see that the discs fit over them. Also, the stub axle mountings for the calipers may be different as well. Cheers Trevor

Induction kit on a 2013 A4
Hi Danny...welcome to the Forum I would agree that there is little benefit to be gained from fitting an induction kit as the diesel engine and manifolds are restricted to the volume of air that can be induced. A panel filter however, would allow the same volume of air to flow through better which should keep things on course. You could consider a Tuning Box or a Remap which will make an incredible difference to the engine performance and at little cost. Keep us updated on how you get on with modding your Audi Cheers Trevor

Advise needed on audi a4 avant
Hi Will....welcome to the Forum I suppose it is like the saying goes 'something is only worth what someone will pay for it' Yes, it has huge mileage but if it is a good car then go for it. My only concern would be with retailing it afterwards...it may take quite some time to find the right buyer. Keep us updated with your decision Cheers Trevor

Headlight change
Not entirely sure but I can't see why they shouldn't work once plugged in

Front passenger side drive shaft
It should be a straight forward except you may need a balljoint separator (or large hammer) and a few prybars. Otherwise, just ordinary hand tools, trolley jack, axle stands, etc

A3 1.4 TFSI COD Smoke from Exhaust
I do wonder if this is just a trait of the engine until it has bedded in but I would firstly try to determine what type of smoke it it (coolant, water, fuel, condensation, etc)

Window wipers acting up!
Would find the relay and replace it with another one to confirm if faulty or whether it's a wiring issue. http://www.ebay.co.uk/dsc/Relays/61522/i.html?_ddo=1&_os=PS|D&_ipg=100&_from=R40&LH_TitleDesc=1&_nkw=audi+a4+2000+8d2+b5+1.9+tdi&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1311.R1.TR1.TRC0.A0.H1.XAudi+A4+2000+8D2%2C+B5+1.9+TDI+wiper+relay.TRS0&_odkw=Audi+A4+2000+8D2%2C+B5+1.9+TDI&_osacat=61522 A few different relays here but I'm sure they're common across the VW Audi Skoda range
