Hi Peter Comes across to me that it's all just wear and tear, could all be linked, have you got quotes from an Audi specialist instead of a main dealer to see what there opinion is and cost of repair from themselves? Kind Regards Bradley

Hi Natasha Welcome to the forum! :D Sorry to hear whats happening,The judder (seeming like its about to cut out) what sound does it make (if any) I've found sometimes the 1st gear on the gearbox can start creating a judder also like it's about to cut out, similar to a clutch judder. If all fail's EGR? @Steve Q Have you got all clutch and gearbox checked out. see if you can eliminate the moving parts side of it. Info Source: personal experience with my A4.

My B5 has always had it on mine, no amount of moving the !Removed! cable under the passenger chair will stop it, only lasts a day then comes back on, It's a common fault. need a new cable really but meh. !Removed! car constantly needs fixing lol
