  1. You'll need the GPS antenna, modules, wiring loom etc.

You're esr buying the complete kit from a breaker car. Alternatively the cheaper option would be to fit an aftermarket head unit which has apple car play and android auto, that way you can run Google maps through it.

Quick question Steve, I noticed on another thread you were talking about relocating the CCM to the glovebox. Did you ever get around to it and do you know if it's a big job? I'm guessing it would involve splicing in longer wiring?

Not done it yet as the A6 is still off the road but I'm planning this once the rebuild starts.

£250 Chips Away will sort the Aluminium corrosion - no issues

I love this car - it drives superbly - I went to Paris and back from West Midlands 2x weeks after I bought it and it was supreme - quiet/hugely quick and refined and returned 45mpg over circa 900 miles

    Great pic! Great mpg!

  4. Nice one. Has the abs sensor resolved all the issues?

If not, is your battery in the boot?

If I do I remember a member with an A6 c7 that was having a similar problem and it transpired the main electrical cable running from the battery in the boot to the dash had become loose.  In their case it was loose under the rear passenger seat so whenever someone sat on the seat it caused the Christmas tree dash.

  5. Have a look for one from armster or similar. Or as I previously suggested to the other member, you could change the armrest.

Regarding the phone holder, it'll be for an Audi built in one and the parts can be bought on eBay but they're not too common unfortunately
