Hi, After playing around with the linkage cables last night ive finally got first to engage. Going to change them as soon as possible because I believe them to be worn hence the issue. thanks anyway. Reece

Hi guys, First gear will not engage in my 1.4tfsi 2009 A3 8P. All other gears work fine. Ive already tried the process of putting an alan key thru the holes under the gear boot, pulling the selector springs back etc and still no luck. have also tried clutch-less shifting to see if it was the clutch & still no luck. Any ideas ? Reece

I have this same issue on my drivers door. If you look on an OBD scanner it will throw up a couple error codes, after resetting them it worked fine for a bit but then after a while went back to how it was previously. Ive seen people replacing the locking mechanism and the issue persist so not too sure what causes it our how to solve it for good.

I know this is probably on here somewhere but Ive done a fair bit of reading and cant find it yet. Ive just had my spoiler delivered for my A3 but I am wondering whats the best way to mount it. Id prefer to avoid drilling if possible so wondering what types of glue/mould to use ?? Thank you

This is probably already on here somewhere but my Audi A3 SE 09 plate will only unlock with the key & not remotely with the fob. The passenger side door occasionally has this problem also. Any ideas on what the problem is & anyone who could fix it in the midlands area if its a big job ?? Cheers guys

Hi guys, Just wondering whos the best for remaps in the UK ?? Like im seeing some companys promise ridiculous amounts of BHP on a stage one where as other companys will promise half that on a stage 2 ? My cars a 1.4 TFSI petrol if that makes any difference. Many thanks, Reece :)

Ive recently changed my steering wheel over and its gone from a one stage airbag to a two & also none of the steering wheel controls/ horn work, Is there any way of getting round this by either rewiring the cables etc. Im not overly bothered about the airbag but the horn and steering wheel controls more so Any ideas ? Reece

Hi Steve, Its a SE but i've fitted S-Line interior and a flat bottomed S-Line steering wheel to it also, Il have some pictures up soon hopefully. Its an 09 plate with 77K miles, its got a regular 6 speed with a 1.4 tfsi. Reece
