Bluetooth/Tune2Air/DAB NIGHTMARE!!

Featured Replies

Apologies, very new member to the Audi gang, only had my Q7 for a week and after a few days researching forums etc I still cant find a definitive answer (maybe there isn't one, or maybe im even more stupid than Im sounding now :)

2 questions really?

1. Is the 'Tune2Air' adapter the best option for connecting iphone to my Q7 wirelessly so I can access all songs etc on the display and have no awful cables.

2. What is the best option to upgrade to DAB? can it be done on my 2010 model.

any help for a Audi novice would be great

thanks

@niedzial1983 you know about this stuff :wink1:

What mmi have you got ?

1. I presume you have ami then yes tune2air is best

2. Dab is possible but might cost you around £ 300-400 to retrofit. Module harneses , antena , etc and labour ...

Thanks for coming back to me, got a tune2air coming tomoz, will give it a whirl and see.

Once my phone is connected can I stream a radio station app from my phone through my car?

Cheers

Yep. Any sound coming from the phone will be streamed via bluetooth providing the app supports this
