Christian Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 I recently put a post on about a rattle in the engine bay and have since discovered it was a result of my timing belt cover which had come away from its mountings (snapped) and found its way on to my fan! I’m currently looking for a replacement and the only one I can find would be shipped from Germany. Does anyone know where I can source one quicker? On a a second note, there’s a slight rattle coming from what I believe the fuel pump and a small whine on the belt when above 2000 revs. Has anyone experienced similar with their 2.7tdi?
