No doubt you will have other replies, but I would say this number plate has little commercial value beyond the £110 (or whatever it is now) fee to get this onto a Retention Certificate. Such numbers are usually left on the car at the point of sale, but generally dealers don't welcome them since they have to stand the cost of transferring it off. 

Source of valuation:- Number plate agencies such as Registration Transfers - and there are many more to chose from.
