Hi Paul,

Never cam across this, but when trying to sort a separate issue with my MMI the other day, the audi support team told me to switch off ignition, open the drivers door and leave open for 30 seconds. Then switch back on.  It created a "reboot" of the MMI and fixed my problem... if you havent tried that, might be worth a go?

Did you try soft reset ?
