Transferring in from the land of Mini.

Had a TT a year or so ago, but only lasted a few months. I'm 6'7" and left leg didnt like the centre console when changed gear, so if you can believe it the Mini had more room!!

Chased a dream of an Evoque in March this year, but that turned int oa nightmare, went back to a Mini, this time 2015 Cooper S........but always heartened for the 4 silver rings and wanting to feel that connection to the heartbeat at the end of the TV ads again.

 

As we speak have just arranged for a dealership to move my chosen car closer to me.

Will be a 2012 3dr Audi A3 2.0 TDi Black Edition with 47k on her clock.

 

She may not be a 'toddler' any more in the age of cars but she's gonna be solid!

Now the days will start to be counted until shes closer to 'home'.

still counting .............engine management line came on and glow plugs flashed within an hour of picking her up..........went back to dealer and told them to fix it, wasnt happy. Got it back Tuesday last week, same issue not rectified. Being an Evans Halshaw dealer they said "we fixed it the vauxhall way!"I went ballistic saying its an Audi not a Vauxhall.

 

Turns out its the EGR valve, I now have the manager of the place on it and they say will be fixed by Monday

Hmm, their performance so far doesn't inspire confidence. I wish you luck.
