Hi, 

 

my Audi Q7 mmi has recently stopped working, the initial screen loads up then goes black. I have tried the manual reset buttons although this has not worked. Has anyone else had the same issue and what was the outcome ?

Sounds like a break in MOST, fiber optic loop 

Most common issues would be a fault with a module that is past of the loop like amplifier , bluetooth module , etc 

Any sign of water in the passenger footwell ?
