Hello all i have a a3 3.2 quattro 56 reg dor some reason tha haldex has stopped working also there is a grinding noise from the rear diff does anyone know what diff i need for this car i called audi but they wont tell me anything any help would be great thanks all

Has the haldex been serviced.

Check the service record this might give you an idea why it is not working.

Service interval on mine is about 38K miles

 

Part number as far as I can see is OAV 525 010K

Looks OK on google but just check it out with your model number/Chassis

Ill do that thanks mate is there anywefe i can check if mine has the right diff and haldex as my diff model matches up with the 2.0 tfsi diff ( hyv )  thanks mate
