Hi guys I'm needing to replace my wheel bearing and hub and I've looked for a new hub but the flange sizes are different its given me a 136mm and a 137mm anyone tell me what size I need to get my wheels are 225/40/18 le mans wheels thanks also it's a3 8p 2012

I have had a look at a parts list and it shows a part number of 5KO 498 621 which is 136.26 mm dia
