Sorry to hear of your unfortunate experiences with the Q7. Unfortunate for you, and I’m sure the content of this thread will be useful to others. 

In order to make it more meaningful, it would be advantageous to have the thread title altered from your name to something more appropriate to the content, so others attention is drawn to it. Perhaps you could request ‘Admin’ to do that for you, or re- post it under a different title such as ‘ Unfortunate experience with Q7’ or stronger if you feel.
