Hi everyone, I am completely new to the forum and really need help and advise.  I have an A3 where the heater in the car wouldn’t work. I booked it in for a new matrix.  To cut a long story short within a couple of days the matrix emptied the hot water in the passenger footwell after steaming up the windscreen and steam out of the vents. I was recovered and the garage “fixed” it. They claim it was a faulty matrix. Within less than a week it has done the same thing. Now apparently another faulty matrix.  What can be done.??  Has anyone come across this before??
