Plastic spacer

Hi I’m new to this forum but after some advice I have a 2014 1.6 Audi A3 diesel. Yesterday I was on my way home went over a speed bump and heard something what sounded like it fell through the dash . When I got out I found a white spacer I think on the floor it had Audi written on so I presuming that’s what fell anyone have any ideas why or what it’s from thanks

    The same question gets the same response: send a photo with dimensions. How is anybody here supposed to know what it looks like without a little information?
